One thing I find very different between jobs overseas and locally is how vague the local companies are in their job descriptions. They rarely provide a proper job description and based on personal experience, I often end up doing all kinds of work which seem too general for my resume. I wish some of these companies would improve their job processes for the benefits of the employees.
