Converting Measurements

Are you good with conversions? I'm really bad at conversions and estimations and never fail to be impressed with quantity surveyors or architects who can convert feet to square metres and back again without even blinking! If I was in such a line, I would almost certainly need my very own digital converter to help me do all those painful conversions without appearing like an idiot! :P
